1. Returns & Refunds

We do not refunds on Returns. However, if you have a problem with the product you received, we're happy to replace it with the same item or one of equivalent value. 

 

2. Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to provide an exchange for the same product or a similar item of equal value. Follow the same steps outlined under "How to Initiate an Exchange."

 

3. Exchange Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products: Exchanges on items purchased through orofish.com are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of purchase is required.

Improper storage or handling by the customer may void eligibility.

All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


4. How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact us at info@orofish.com within the eligible timeframe.

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable).

Wait for confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.

 

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that have been opened or improperly stored are not eligible for Exchanges.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
